Do you remember the fairy tale and nursery rhyme books from years ago? When I was a kid, I used to spend hours just looking at the gorgeous illustrations that went with each story or poem. In this painting, I was trying to capture some of that old fashioned charm. I don't know if I succeeded or not, but I think the kitty turned out pretty cute! Cheesy
