I found these cork coasters at the dollar store, there are 6 in the set.


I used my cricut to cut out the photos in circles


I found appropriate patterned paper that I traced and cut out.


I adhered both the paper and the photos and added a few embellishments


The front cover of my Home Daycare mini book made of cork coasters from the dollar store.

Oh, that's so cute - both the kids, and the project idea! I really love 're-purpose-ing' crafts, when you can take something and give it an entirely different use than what was intended. The coasters are too cool like this! Plus, you know, the babies are adorable as well....  Cheesy

this is so cool! I teach kindergarten and I'm always looking for cool things to do/use for educational crafts- the cork coasters would be fun for them to touch and use with word books...and I'm always a fan of CHEAP but Not-Cheap looking crafts and this is totally one of them Smiley Great job!
