My sister loves this haiku by Shiki:

Here is the dark tree
Denuded now
Of leafage...
But a million stars


So I embroidered this for her
 


Cotton floss on calico.



I wish I'd made one for me now!

Very pretty, I like it's simplicity. Inside knowledge mixed with obscurity is always great, too. Only you and she will know exactly what it means but everyone else can still think it's beautiful Smiley
