is it a hassle for the organisers? or does it help at the end of sign ups?
i'm organising fo rthe first time and i'm thinking on the one hand it may be handy to know that two people already want to swap together, so less chance of a problem.
i haven't mentioned in the questionnaire/etc whether or not self-partnering is allowed, does this mean i can okay it for them?
any advice?

I never put it in the questionnaire, but if someone mentions that they'd love to swap with xyz, I usually try to put them together unless something restricts it - like allergies or shipping.  It's never a bother for me, and you know that they'll be happy! Wink

I have evtered swaps with a chosen partner before, and the organizers were answering something like "great, that makes it easier for me", hehe, they were always glad to have one of those international shipments off their list I guess Cheesy
