That's terrific!  It really does look good in the colours in the pattern.  I guess I better get my butt in gear and do some more blocks.  I think I might leave the triangles out and have an uneven edge.

After checking out Regretsy I'm pretty sure I could sell my stuff on Etsy.

Thank you both! It's beginning to take shape, but it's tough to keep at it.

Frankly, after 16 of them doing the same octagon over and over again is beginning to get a bit boring  Smiley! I especially don't like doing row 5. There's still one colour I don't have (brown), so I can only do 6 more squares, sew up another part of the afghan and then I'm done for now.

I think you can order single copies off of their website.

Yes, that's where I found it. I hope this link is allowed (never thought about it before, if not - sorry!): http://www.interweavestore.com/Crochet/Interweave-Crochet-Magazine.html?pi=2

I am halfway through the assembly, so I hope I'll get it done by tomorrow! I've done it in more or less the same colours as in the magazine, but I've also seen many other beautiful versions on Ravelry. It's definitely worth taking a look there for inspiration!
