A friend of mine has her own souldoll and even though I think they are kind of creepy I did offer to make her some clothing. I llike to make clothing, so why not for her doll.

The pictures are somewhat dark, but that was because I just finished when it was already dark and she would leave with the set. So I tried to get some lighting from our lamp Tongue The vest and the pants are made of purple fabric that is a little bit shiny and looks black when you hold it differently. The blouse was made from white cotton, but was colored with coffee when we discovered that we only had enough of a yellowish button. The ruffle was made of cotton lace also dyed in coffee and has a little mother of pearl button.

This is the front with the shirt tucked in.

This is the front with shirt untucked. I like it better that way and the little thread you can still see on some of the edges were cut of after the making of these pictures.

And that's the back.  Personally I would have liked it better when the tails were somewhat longer, but still I like the set all together.

Wow. Those are detailed! That must have taken a lot of patience.  Tongue And one of the doll's eyes looks kind of funny-like it has no pupil.  Undecided

Yeah, I know. I asked my friend about it, but it's supposed to be like that or something. You can interchange the eyes of this doll. The eyelashes, other color face, change hair and everything. You can even interchange bodyparts.

I don't get it either.

But thanks for the lovely comment.
