I've had my embroidery machine for about a month, but had no clue craftster had a forum for machine embroidery (that's what I get for sticking to my favorites). Tongue

I just recently got into Doctor Who (finishing season 3 of the newer show today), but it is such a craftable show. I've only done two designs based off of the show, but I have a feeling there will be more to come. The designs came from stencils on the livejournal community crafty_tardis.

After posting my original dalek I ended up having to make a lot more, so it was like I had an army of daleks!

And the TARDIS is special because the white part at the top was done in a glow in the dark thread! I've been looking for an excuse to buy that thread, and this was perfect!

Sweet!! I had no idea you could do such patters -- or any sort of toweling -- on a machine.

! I love Doctor Who (and David Tennant). These are so great. Having the army was perfect.

If you find a way to embroider David Tennant's face to anything, let me know. Smiley
