That's awesome! I really like the green squiggle down the side.  What type of yarn did you use? The colors look swell together. Nice work! Smiley
I'm addicted to the weirdness of shrugs. I may try to make something similar this week.  Maybe with penguin intarsia...

You know, after looking at your blog, I realized this sweater was black/grey with GREEN skull, while in the picture above it looks purple/purple with grey skull.  Frankly, I love it in either color!  The shaping is like some crazy cross between a Star Trek uniform and something from the early English Victorian era.  I'm not really a skulls person, myself, what with being completely unhip and all, but I can see this being really funky in pink with a black skull.

Sometimes I post at Lothruin.com!

I love it! Any chance of a full picture of it. I would like to make it, but I just need to see how it fits properly if you know what I mean.

hey! thanks so much for the positive feedback!
well, you can see full body shots here
and, well, i was quite blitzed and not wearing the outfit that the shrug was intended for, and standing all wrong. i made it to wear with skirts. um and the wool says 35g on the back. im not sure what that means. as everything is in japanese. xoxo!
