For some odd reason there are these teeny tiny bugs that like to fly in our kitchen window (it is jammed shut but a pesky gap is open) and then they decide to die in my cutlery rack. Angry
Our kitchen is horrible, we have NO DRAWERS! Ah it drives me nuts and there is very little bench space so the cutlery tray has only one possible home, on top of the microwave, in front of the bug gateway (window).
I have been wanting to do something with this fabric for so long, have had it for at least a year and not cut into it yet!

So I turned this boring plastic cutlery tray......

Into this fabric covered cutlery tray! With little slits to access cutlery.

Oh hello in there Mr Fork!

It does look nicer IRL but I started this at 5am (baby alarm!) and by the time I finished I was not in the mood for pretty pics  Cheesy
C&C Much Appreciated! Grin

That's great. That'd be good for camping. Man, having no drawers must be terrible. I love the fabric you used though.

That is beautiful fabric. And this is such a neat idea! Great execution! It looks like something you paid a lot of money for. I bet a lot of people are jealous when they see this. But did you have to mention dead bugs around a project so beautiful?!!!???

very clever. Great way to dress up a bland tray too.
