So this is not my original recipe but I have to share it because it is awesome!

So in a bowl mix 2/3 cups of brown sugar and 1/3 cup of melted butter.  In another bowl mix 1 pkg of white cake mix, 1/3 cup of vege oil, 3 eggs and 1 and 1/4 cup of pineapple juice.  Spoon brown sugar mix into 24 greased muffin tins then put in 1/2 (1 whole if you are me) maraschino cherry in. Spoon crushed (drained) pineapple into muffin tins and top with cake mix.  Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Immediately invert onto wire racks to cool.

I made regular cupcakes and mini cupcakes (mmmm bite size)

We have mini bundt cake pans and a bundt cake pan (like a cupcake one), yet no full-size ones, I think.  Anyways, I think this is a fun way to play with them, besides making 7-up cakes like we usually do.

Guardie for life.

I am really interested in doing a personal swap, especially for greener things like reusable lady items, wool dryer balls, or other such things.  I can knit, sew, draw, and put things together in pretty neat ways.  Please PM me if you're interested.
