This top is actually for a costume for a nerd convention, aka anime convention (nerd pride woohoo). But I really like it so I may just wear it about. For part of it, I used a vintage simplicity pattern but I didn't follow the pattern for the back because I wanted to add corset style closings on the side. I also added 2 safety pins. One is for adjusting the length of the straps because tying it together doesn't work. Add the other is just to make it fanciful.

Let me warn that I am very pale and may blend in with the white fabric in some pictures.

i like this. some embroidery would look cool near the bottom. but i looove corset style things so i love this.
