I took this photo from our second story office/sewing room window on Sunday from round 1 of the Blizzard that hit Baltimore.

The snow from the night before had nearly covered the entire window and I was so happy to see the sun as it started melting away the snow.

Looks exactly how our windows did. Honestly I'm sick of the snow. I do love that picture though. The snow does lend itself to awesome photographic opportunities.

When life gives you snow, take pictures!  Wink I find that is the best way to make it through February in Minnesota! But this year, we just may be waiting until May for all of this stuff to melt! But I do like this photo, it looks so hopeful!

In the sun she warmed her wings and listened to cicadas sing.
