These are fantastic projects!  I just started cross stitching again after about a 10 year hiatus.  I think I will chose a project to try and finish within the next six months to be part of the 2010 big project stitch along.  I hope to have something worked out within the next couple of weeks. I have to get some swaps cleared out first Wink

Finally finished this page. I wasn't working on it a lot because of the hot weather. Too much white in it and I didn't want it to look dirty!! Plus her hand took me forever to stitch!! Too many light pink/grey  shades!!
I'm look forward to the next page!!!

Awesome work!

My dad an I repaired my frame, so I can now embroider wherever I want! I'll update soon, of the table cloth, but also of my fairy hill :p

HistoricalNeedle, I am so impressed by how fast you are stitching that picture!!  Do you have a secret technique that you use to stich so quickly?!?  The picture is coming out great!!

I have a lap stand that I use on my desk. I totally love it!! Smiley I'm able to stitch with 2 hands without holding the piece. I can't use a hoop much anymore-- hurts my wrist with the constant twisting.
My patterns usually are printed a bit bigger so I don't have to squint to see the symbols.
I also don't watch TV when I stitch but I might listen to music.
I hope to finish another page by Monday-- a huge block of white!! Boring to stitch but should be fast to do!!

I'm going to join Cheesy I started this project back in April, but didn't work on it since May. Didn't pick it up until today. I could use some motivation to keep on stitching.

It's a screenshot from the Kick-Ass movie trailer, and it's supposed to end up looking like this:

Stitchfight--- I really like those colours in your sampler!!

But I did it again!! Finished another page-- it was easy because it had a huge chunk of boring white!!
Taking a few days away from it now!! Smiley

Hey all, sorry I've been absent for a while. It's been a rough time. Hopefully I'm back for good, now, though! Smiley

Everything is looking great...Historical, I'm in awe, as always. What's next on the list o' projects?

I particularly am in love with the Kick Ass piece...I adored that movie and I think it's going to look great when it's done. Can't wait to see more progress! Smiley

I've just started a rather large piece...a Super Mario Galaxy piece that's 240x359 stitches and 81 colors. I haven't done enough on it yet to warrant a photo, but I will hopefully have time to work on it this weekend. Cheesy
