Just got a package of 10 golf tees in a welcome basket. I don't know anyone who golfs. What the heck can I do with these? Any ideas?

ah! here's what you make! grab a drill, and a square of wood, or a shape thay are at all the craft stores, and you make a tic tac toe game of some sort out of them! Tic tac toe only requires nine of them, but you could keep the tenth on hand in case one gets lost.

I made golf tee angels once.  I stuck a wooden bead head on the tee, and some nice little wings of ribbon and I think I may have put some raffia on too.  I did this for Christmas ornaments.

Make a little pincushion and glue it on the end.  Now you have a pincushion on a spike that can be dropped into a spool of thread so you don't have to park your needle in the arm of the couch and impale your forearm on it when you're looking for it later on.    Tongue
