Yes please! All I wanted for Cmas was a spinning wheel so I finally learn (I teach myself everything) but I didn't get it. I am still so sad. Maybe I will be able to make a drop spindle and join in on this. Maybe.

Or maybe this will be the year I finally make a purchase from this shop: http://www.etsy.com/shop/zebisisdesigns OOOOH, jasper drop spindles! Shocked Shocked Shocked And so much more!

I got a CD spindle in a dyers swap and I have set myself the challenge to post on every completed projects board this year. So I need this thread!! I even have roving in the house for felting. I have learned that I am not a knitter or crocheter so I want to learn how to make small amounts of fancy schmancy sequinny weird yarns for altered books, poppet hair etc.

I love personal swaps,  I print a lot of random fabric, usually with no purpose in mind.  let me know if you want any of it.

I want to learn!!! I made myself a CD spindle a couple years ago and bought some roving and messed around a little, but the CD spindle broke Sad I didn't really like it anyway.

This would be great. I bought a drop spindle kit last year and it is gathering dust in my workshop.  I'd love an online-learn-along.
Although, I have to ask being as just this thread is already at five pages, will each topic be on its own with a link from this one?
I like your topic list and the homework assignments for a week.  I can't wait to see what everyone does with this.

I haven't been to Craftster in I don't know how long. I kind of got burnt out on it all. I'm glad I decided to come by the site today! <3 This is perfect for me. I have a drop spindle but I only know the basics. lol I have no clue how to ply or anything like that, but I LOVE spinning. *__* It's so relaxing. Cheesy I'ma join this and maybe my skills will get better. Love the idea of the homework. <3 Practice makes perfect! X3 Or more obscessed spinners! LOL  Cheesy The 2 weeks time frame would be great too. Sometimes work gets busy for me and I don't get as much crafting time as I would like.  Cry lol
