Ok, I need to clean out my pantry BAD! We've got all sorts of stuff that I haven't been able to figure out how to use for ages! I need YOUR help! Us craftsters are all so creative, I'm sure we can come up with something together! Then, if you inventory YOUR cabinet, I'll try and help you! Oh yeah and I don't eat red meat or pork. OK, here we go!

-Apple-Cranberry Chutney
-Cherry Chutney
-Canned Pineapple
-Instant Miso Soup Packages
-Fig Jam
-Cajun Seafood Boil
-Tomato paste
-Corn meal
-Minced Ginger
-Sun Dried Tomatoes
-Peanut Butter
-Marsala Wine
-Squid Ink Pasta
-Merlot Wine Jam

Any ideas?

My big idea - use allrecipes.com. Smiley

They have an ingreadient search. So pop in 1 to 5 of the ingreadients and see what comes up. Remember that whatever does pop up you can always alter into something else. Be creative  Cheesy

Good luck!

you could try cooking the sun dried tomatoes in a little marsala wine, and adding tomato paste to give it thickness, and add finely chopped cilantro, and serve with the pasta or manacotti.
you could use the panko to bread a type of fish, and serve over the rice..or make little tuna balls using your tuna and some mayonase, dip in egg, roll in panko, fry in oil in a frying pan, and  serve over rice.

experiment adding different jams to tomato sauces to give it more body and flavor.
use the masa to make tortilla dough for a recipe like this:

heres another great website:

you just check the boxes for what you have and it gives you related recpies. hope this helps!

I play this game in my own kitchen ALL THE TIME. I sometimes blog about what I make too. Check this one out: http://girlonbikewrites.blogspot.com/2010/01/something-out-of-nothing.html

Ooooh! I love this game! I play it all the time on allrecipes.com as well. I do the ingredient search and usually find something interesting that I can alter to the family's taste. Good luck, I am on that website almost as much as I am on this one!

Thanks for the suggestions you guys! So far, I have made caramel popcorn with pecans and rice with puttanesca sauce, both of which were really really yummy! But I still have all this chutney to use...
