I got home from work last night to my two awesome cards from blupaisan!

(I apologize in advance for the horrid pics...I have terrible lighting in my house)

I had two cards inside of this awesome card with a kitty wearing his tam o'shanter!

He says: "Donald, where's yer troosers?"  (tee hee)

This was my Scotland card:

Such beautiful details in this card. On the side is written: "Scotland's blue mountains wild where hoary cliffs are towering in grandeur are dearer tae me...piles land of the misty cloud land of the tempest loud. Land of the brave and proud land of the free!"

The red cards come out and each has a bit of history on each one.

#1 - Sparran: Scottish Gaelic for "purse". There are no pockets in a kilt; hence the need for such a pouch, made of leather or fur
#2 - Kilt made of 8 yards of woolen clan tartan fabric to represent one's own family - worn by men, to just below the knee. Upper length is used as a cloak.
#3 - Bagpipes "arrived" in Scotland around 1400, and were used as "war pipes" in the military

Beautiful card....I just love it.

The next is my humor card.

Woman #1: "Denver makes me shit funny?"
Woman #2: "No, it's crap funny."
Woman #3: "Oh naff off and get it right; it's 'Denver makes me poop funny!"

Haha!

I love these cards - thank you blupaisan!!

Great cards! I had no idea a kilt had 8 yards of fabric!!  Saris have 6 and I thought that was a lot.

Thanks everyone for the comments on my cards!
There have been some great ones lately, I especially love kartiana's autumn, Mun's artist's choice, terra's sewing and blupaisan's hiking.

I received another great card from blupaisan!

A combo card using my themes: Found poetry, Skunk, Heineken, and "nom nom nom"  Cheesy It is so cute!!!!!! My husband was on the phone when I got it and I had to try so hard not to squeal until he was off the phone. I just love it! The detail work is great and I just want to hug this little guy, he is so cute!  Cheesy

And here is the surprise card I sent to Linda P, I decided to make her a pun card using her road trip theme:

It is the "Road Family Vacation"  Wink

The little skunk card is great, blu!

I received two amazing cards today -

One from sabrinalouisemiller on my muntjac theme:

So beautiful, and with a wee little fang! Cheesy

And from raeraethejetplane, on the theme of Douglas Adams quotes:

It's luxuriously thick felt, with sparkly beads sewn in! I love the quote you picked, raerae, and your interpretation of it.

Look how thick!

Thank you again, sabrina and raerae! I love them both!
