[ complete with flash and low light icky Saturday night photography, but o-well Roll Eyes ]

my curb chair [as in found there, with the trash] which I've had a few months and been meaning to refinish. That dirty blue rag is the stringy fabric seen around the edges of the original chair seat, where they recovered it and it all disappeared but what was nailed down. The seat fabric now matches my downstairs curtains. I love that fabric.

I love trash!

Now if the contractors would just get to work on the floors, all would be truly photograph-able!

2 cats and a toddler though, we'll see how fresh it is next month!
It really was filthy, and full of cat/dog hair that was not from my cats, but now I'll know it ALL is!

You did a great job. I wish I had this chair! I really love the fabric you used on the seat.

Excellent redo.  I'm happy to see that you painted the wood.  It looked rather worn.  Nice job.

Thanks, the wood's really soft and the ten thousand scratches came out pretty well with sanding, but I think it would have looked the same by next year! And my fabric wouldn't have made me happy if it was brown wood! Grin
