Oh mighty Craftastic Christmas Crusader, lend me your enthusiasm and help me reach my crafty Christmas goals!!

I am in on this one, I should be able to manage SOMETHING

I failed miserably in my plans for this past year, but now I already have ideas for about 70% of gifts to give (including a number of family birthdays we have around Christmastime), I already have supplies for most of that, and most exciting - we have recently moved into a new apartment and I am spending this long weekend getting the entire second bedroom set up for me and organizing my crafts for once!  Yay!!!

I am, however going to do one other thing before I start on presents - after I spent all season bemoaning the fact that I couldn't find any advent wreaths I liked that weren't an arm and a leg, I bought stuff at the fabulous Michael's sale yesterday and will be putting my advent wreath together!  Yay again!!!

I think I may have to join this thread as well. I did zero handmade this year, so I think I need to make up for it in 2010. If I start now, maaaaybe I will have enough time!

I started this last year but follow through was a problem for me.  I was crafting right up till the last possible minute, which was the week before Christmas, because stuff had to be shipped to my mom.  Local stuff was done by the 7th or 8th though, so that's not too bad.  I always have my Christmas shopping done by the end of October.  My goal this year is to have the crafting & shopping done by Thanksgiving.  I'm off to make a craftster tactical attack plan for the year.  I'm going in...Cover me!

I like some others, fell short on my handmade Christmas goals this year.  I had lofty ideas that fell apart because I did not give myself time enough to complete the tasks at hand.  I too would love to participate!
