Wonderful stuff Deannalynn!  Where did you get the panels for the fabric books?  I have a slew of baby showers coming up and those would be a nice little extra.

I hope to finish one project tonight (at the deadline for may Tongue)

I love those fabric books and the phonics cards and blocks!  That cake is just AWESOME!  Is that truffles and malted milk balls?

Wow.  My internet goes out for a day and you'd think I missed a month.  I won't be able to catch up with all of your cool projects, but what I have seen is fantastic.  I agree that you all are a total inspiration to me.  Thank you all for leading the way!

cursive_queen: I found the panels at a variety of fabric stores. Joanns is the worst to find them, but quilting shops tend to have them. I also got a couple at Fabric Depot, so maybe their online store would have some.

lydiaharper: The cake has both on it. I used the extra cake to crumble and mix with frosting for the larger 'boulders' and malted milk balls for the smaller ones.

That owl purse is adorable. I'm not really into the owl thing, but it's subtle enough for my tastes!  Nicely done!

Wow you guys have all been making some awesome stuff!
I wish I could post more of what I've been making - but I have to keep it all on the hush for now.  It's killing me though I'll tell you that much!

I finished another doll yesterday and have been working on two others today - I had to set one aside since I'm bummed out that I made it too large to go with the other ones in the series so I got mad and started on a different design Sad  It's all good.  I'll turn my oops to something this week.  I've already got some ideas brewing for it  Cool  THEN I'll be able to share her!!

Hubby is sick.  The kids are going to stay at grandma's another day to be on the safe side... hopefully that is!

I am collecting quilts, afghans & blankets for those that lost their homes.  Pm me!

Shan-e- bear -- i LOVE the purse, I know lots of owl fans, is there a pattern for it?

Good luck on the tattoo, they can be addictive.
