I would love to join in too (hope its not too late...?)

I have a few things planned for the year, but I don't have a complete list of 50 items yet.

Maroon = started

1. Make small gift bags/goodie bags from old calanders.
2. Make skirts for myself and 3 daughters.
3. Make sundresses for myself and 3 daughters.
4. Make bookmarks for teacher gifts for the end of the year (along with a Chapters gift card).
5. Make mini scrapbooks to send as gifts to grandparents for their birthdays.
6. Make scarves -- using yarn from my stash as much as possible.
7. Make slippers.
8. Make baby booties for upcoming baby showers.
9. Make a variety of all-occassion cards.
10. Make birthday party invitations for kids parties.
11. Make and decorate cakes for kids parties.
12. Make envelopes from old calanders and various flyers.
13. Make scrapbook embellishments from my 'scrap-stash'
14. Make homemade paper using paper from junk mail
15. Make mug and travel mug cozies.

That's about it for now... my mind is going 200-miles an hour now thinking of crafting ideas to try!  Cheesy

I feel like such a slacker when I haven't been able to spend time on here in a few days because of work and I see everyone's lists with 10 or 12 things already crossed off.  I'm still stuck with one thing crossed off and three or four things started.   Roll Eyes  Looking forward to summer when I have plenty of crafting time.  Between now and the end of March I'll be using craftng to recooperate the brain from work.  Smiley

I am so excited guys, after one day of having it outside the birds are using my bird feeder!! I really wanted to share!

It looks like theyve already eaten alot of the seed I put in there yesterday. Im very very happy they are using it!!! As soon as I saw them in there I ran to the window with my camera  Grin

awww--what success! I knew that the little chickadees would love it...they love small flat type of feeders like that!  Watch that the squirrels don't get your food--ha ha--they can eat you out of house and home.

Grin Weve never had too much of a problem with squirrels at our house, but at our old cabin we had one that was so used to eating out of the feeder that he wasnt shy at all anymore! At this point Im more concerned about deer, mom likes to feed them and they usually poke at her bird feeders...

Thanks ladies! I'm happier with this one than the green and blue one...practice makes ...er..better! I've got baby blanket #3 for my friend Rebecca started!! It's really cute so far, should hopefully be done in a few days. Would be awesome if I was a speed crocheter and had it done by tomorrow A.M. when I see her, but I'll see her next Thurs, and it wil surely be done by then!! (fingers crossed!!)

I also just completed my first coffee filter rose!! It's far from perfect, but I sort of love it just the same! I'll wait and post pics when I've made a few more and experimented with coloring them!

I'm not marking things off my list very fast either, but right now I'm trying to finish three swap packages and I haven't even started one of them.  Most of my 50 will be crossed off over the summer since I'm off work then, but I'll get a few things off between now and then I'm sure.  I need to go through my list and make wips a different color so it at least shows that I'm working on things.
