I folded my first ever origami stars for my Christmas chain today. I had no idea the part where you make them "pop" into 3D would be so hard on the finger tips! I want to make a chain to wrap around my tree next year, hope my fingers toughen up soon I have a LOT of stars to go!  Cheesy

That sounds so cool! If I had more patience I might do that too. Maybe I could make a little-bitty one for my live (growing) tree.

3.  Mom2 - tea kit - scones, spoon, tea cup, tea, homemade jam
4.  Dad2 - Eagles - painting?
5.  Grandma B - Quilted shopping bag

6.  Grandma T - likes violet
7.  Chris - Guitar Hero guitar strap (Beatles) or Beatles painting
8.  Mike - ?
9.  Amy - Decoupage Sucrets container with matching key fob
10. KT - Clutch

11. David - KC quilted flag
12. Mike2 - Tea Wallet

13. Alicia - ?
14. Max - ?
15. Michaela - Monkey board game

16. Aaron - hotwheels playset makeover
17. Emily - Princess board game
18. Tanya - ?
19. Canning - Veggies from garden
20. Canning - homemade jams (blueberry & raspberry)
21. Reusable Pads - Made 10

22. Cloth Book Cover for my 2010 Calendar
23. Reusable Swiffer mop and duster out of scraps.

24. A mini "cooler" for my yogurt so I don't have to carry a huge cooler bag for such a small item.
25.  Gloves

so many great ideas and great progress is being made ! fishstix, I love your t-shirt rug. I was going to crochet one, but I really like the look of yours. I may have to get one of those knitting looms/boards. I can't knit to save my life!

I love that nintendo ds case! Did you follow a tutorial to teach you how to make that box? if so, I would love to see it. It seems like there would be so many possiblities once you get started!

Sadly, I have not started yet on anything.  My main problem is that most of my supplies are in my room at University.  So once I move back in (Sunday), I'll be able to organize everything and get started! Cheesy

Interested in Nancy Drew, Harry Potter, or any kind of personal swap! Smiley

Yoga drawstring pants i did out of a t-shirt. I wanted a different waistband but it didnt came out right so i did drawstring instead. the waste was not near tall enough cause i cut material too soon on the top. oh well they are comfy and i learned from my mistakes, I used this tute-->https://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=299282.0

(I wish I could figure out how to get the waist like that one..anyone have pointers or video link to help...my problem is the top of pants had double the fabric than my waist so when i tried waist band it looked like it had pockets in it when i joined the band together...)

this is side of pant, it was the front of t-shirt.

and the back...i am very happy with all but the waist part of it...good thing it was just an old t-shirt. and i will wear these.

I will be making more of these..

I was going to repost my list but thought I might just update what I've done

converted a flat satin sheet into a fitted one-hubby will be happy, I might sleep elsewhere....gotta keep the man happy though

cut out the seams of my new lounge pants cause DD says they look like Jammies, making them into a skirt or dress.

started gluing the frames together for my family tree frame.

Made fresh Pasta yesterday and dried some, it goes very brittle when you dry it.
