I cut out 3 pairs of pants to sew up when I was at my mom's on Saturday.  I got another large supply infusion from craigslist, so her and I cut the pants out together and then thumbed through all the various goodies.  I should be getting those pants sewn up pretty soon, I feel like I have been slacking SO bad on my 50 list!

That Katamari stuffie is one of the greatest things I have ever seen! I love that game which I have for the PSP but I get really funny looks when I play it in public because I am always talking to it! That Mario tube scarf is pretty awesome as well!

I've spent May making my WIP pile bigger not smaller.  Yuck.   I just need to figure out what kind of sewing machine I want to get and then I can get back to finishing.

June list...
decorate for the Fourth of July (Wreath, tree, garland, porch covers)
make the covers footstool cushions on the deck
find my other fabric stash while cleaning the basement enough to get my 'new' hutch in place
unpack all the china that has been in a box for 6 years (I know these are not very crafty and won't count, but they will improve my outlook and let me move forward)
Buy a new sewing machine.
Make Gramma's quilt before we go to her house

Finish whatever WIPs I can... (I'm just posting my list so I can get a handle on the whole mess.  How much I get done depends on how soon I can figure out what to buy,)
Brother's quilt comes back from quilter and needs the binding
convergence quilt, get backing, quilt and bind
second green and blue baby quilt  stitch the last couple inches of binding
finish quilting circle quilt sampler piece
quilt and bind circle quilt
ME quilt
send boxes quilt to quilt shop for machine quilting
Boy's quilt
robot quilt figure it out and piece it
Piece backing, tie and bind wool quilt
Paisley wall hangingi

Did I say I spent most of May adding to my WIP pile rather than finishing anything?  Maybe I'll just go sit in the sun...

Whew!!  Lotta quilts there.  No wonder you're not finished with them.  Good luck.  I hope you get part of them done.

Wow, great crocheting!  And I hear you on the curtains!  I have been making them on and off for 4 months now.  Lately it's basement curtains.  Not fun when there are other things to craft!

I think I posted my June mini-list over on the craft on all boards CAL, but I just found this awesome link today, and 'learn better bookbinding' skills is on my 50 projects list, so I'ma post it here.   Grin  I found this on Youtube, it's a really cool tut for making your own 3 ring binder thing - totally customizable to the size, shape, etc you want.  Just wanted to share in case anyone else wants to try this!

My blog: http://messymama.wordpress.com
Am taking a crafting/posting hiatus and formally withdrawing from all the CAL's I was in.  Need time to recharge and rewire.  But, I am still lurking and loving you guys like crazy, keep posting the amazing projects!!!  You all rock!
