Cheesy Its really great to see this board exploding like it is!

@pixieval: You're welcome! I feel a little dumb I forgot to put a hyperlink in my signature! #>.>#  And I hear you about needing to get out of the swaps section some more. hehe...   WOW! You have 100 ties? All for crafting?? That's awesome! I have... one... >> For outfits.

@Craftypuppymom: Yes, if you want to put items you make for swaps on here, it is still you making a project. Smiley Therefore, you have a right to count it. And for the size question, I would say... I don't know. It's all about what us as individuals feel about the size. Okay... I thought of an idea. How about, a craft project is big enough when you get that happy sense of accomplishment?? When you REALLY feel like you spent enough time on it, and it looks good to you. Smiley I would say, yeah, if you took your time on those scrapbook pages, and you really like them, count it!

@Im Sew Silly: I like your resolution!! I think I'll add to mine a little bit too.  Smiley I want to use SOMETHING from my stash in at least half of my projects. I like your crocheted lace one... I love crocheting lace, but I only like to do it on the individual projects that it's for. I don't like the idea of cutting into crochet to have it fray everywhere.

@irish_chicky: Yeah. I didn't even put Birthday and Christmas crafting on my list. Normally I'd think of things I could make for other people first... but I never get to have things for me. BY me.

My list is subject to change at any time, as well as be added to at any time. But as long as I hit 50 or close, I'm happy.

50 Projects in 2010 List, for Corvus.  I find it helps to poke through my stash to fill out this list, as well as my design notebooks.

1)  Find a job.  It's not crafty, but it'll sure help pay for the crafty habit.
2) DNA Knucks!  On the one hand, I already finished one and it isn’t 2010 yet.  On the other hand, I have never, in my entire knitting career, finished a second ANYTHING.  I am second sock syndrome embodied, so this is an important one, even if I’m already halfway through.
3) Knit a Pirate illusion scarf.  I've designed it (and it's my first illusion chart), now I just have to give it a shot.
4) Knit a green Versatility.  My last attempt failed and was frogged- damn you, bobbles!
5) I want to sew a drawstring purse that looks like a cartoon moneybag, complete with big dollar symbol.  This is my recent secret ambition.
6) Finish my rainbow pride dress, which I started like five years ago.
7) Crochet a floppy cloche hat.  This is an accomplishment because I don't know how to crochet.
8 ) Knit a sweater.  Options include Vivian and the Owl Sweater.  I need the yarn first, though, which requires #1.
9)  Sew my thrifted heart fabric into a wrap dress.
10) Sew some of the fabric I brought back from Tanzania into the wrap skirt from Weekend Sewing.
11)  Reconstruct my pirate shirt using grey and black striped fabric.
12) Reconstruct my scuba shirt into long tunic hoodie.
13) Reconstruct thrifted Egypt shirt into t-shirt dress.
14) Make the new jade and “bamboo” choker I already have the beads for but haven't finished.
15) Finish transforming my current lot of micro machines into necklaces.
16) Knit a Star Crossed Beret.
17) Knit a Prosperous Plum or similar tank.  Lower the neckline a bit if it's the former.
18) Sew a giant body-pillow-esque squid or octopus out of fleece, for The Octopus Project.
19) Reconstruct glow-in-the-dark chandelier shirt.
20) Make a patchwork scarf or eight.
21) Make an attempt at nature-themed leather jewelry.  Leather's a new field for me.
22) Attempt a leather mask.
23) Reconstruct red Canadian Olympics shirt into a hoodie with lining.
24) Reconstruct ribs shirt.
25) Sew a purple plaid pleated skirt.  Yay, alliteration!
26) Knit my first pair of socks.
27) Knit my second pair of socks.
28) Knit opera gloves.
29) Make more polymer clay buttons.  Maybe sell some.
30) Make a super hero shirt out of knit fabric and appliqué.
31) Appliquéd skull shirt.
32) Reconstruct tiger shirt into hoodie with ears.
33) Make a fleece animal hat.  I'm leaning towards panda.
34)  Put together a scrapbook/album for the Stanley Livingstone Expedition before all the papers get destroyed or lost.
35) Put together a general travel scrapbook/album.
36) Finish general life album.
37) Embroider cuttlefish shirt.
38) Finish embroidering Chinatown shirt.
39) Sculpt more polymer clay skull + roses pieces.  They seem popular.
40) Make a torc.
41) Make more polymer clay cephalopod jewelry.
42) Appliquéd octopus shirt for the octopus project.
43) Needle-felted octopus, for the octopus project.
44) Felt appliqué octopus, for the octopus project.  Catching a theme here?
45) Finish Sea Monster painting.
46) Finish octopus painting (of course).
47) Finish at least 5 watercolor paintings.
48) Finish at least 3 oil paintings.
49)  Finish forging a dagger to match my sword.  I started it a while ago, but it's just so inconvenient to set up the forge.
50)  List the vast majority of this stuff on ye olde etsy shoppe, so I don't drown in it all.

I could add more.  I may have to, or alter them every now and again.

holy moly--you gals are ambitious!  I was counting each purse as a project! ha ha  But, I am not going to count any ATC's or swap items--only items for myself or immediate family and friends...and no clothes unless it is a special item like a cape!

Your lists are giving me ideas as well! Good luck everyone and let me know how you plan on sleeping, if you do!! ha ha
