I have these all over the house.  Thought I'd share a few.

The first one is the Beatles in black and white.  This is absoultey gorgeous.  Picture doesn't do it justice.  Swore it would be the last black and white I did (all those greys!!)  I lied though cause I started another shortly thereafter!! It is huge, about 16 inches square.

Next is my favorite!!  This is the cartoon Beatles.  (If I ever got a tattoo, it would be of a cartoon beatle image!!)  I made it into a pillow.  It measures 8X12 inches or so.

Next is a color blocked Beatles For Sale.  Paul's face looks all wonky.  Same color of floss, not sure why it appears there is a stripe, not there in real life!!

Next is With the Beatles   (no this isn't the other B&W I started.  This was all white floss on black aida, another pain in the arse, but doable!  I changed it up a little and put Ringo in a line with the others.  Afterthought, I wish I hadn't since his face looks out of proportion to the others, but I wnted a long slender finished piece instead of a square.  It is also long, about  12 inches by 6 inches or so.

Last, is an ornament I made.  It is a Beatles boot, with some extra adornment!

I have a lot more made (yellow sub, sub guys, Sgt Pepper, etc)  But I don't have them scanned in.  I forgot to take care of all my images when photoisland went under, so I'm still trying to upload everything I need to.  I miss having all my stitching pics in one place.

So, whatcha think?

Those really are amazing. I can't believe the patience you must have had to do the first one. You must be very proud of the end results.

wow, those are all really amazing, but that first one, words do not even describe how cool that is!  I can not even imagine the patience that had to go into that.  I just started my first cross stitch and I don't think ill ever be ata  level where i'd be able to do that, so I applaud you!

*bows down* I'm a Beatles fan, but I doubt I could pull that off.  "WHY DOES THIS TAKE SO LONG?!"  That first one is especially amazing, it looks PERFECT!  Oh man, major props to you  Grin

Holy cow! You are amazing--both in the creative sense and in the patience sense. Wow. The first one is unbelievable. I love them all. LOVE them. Wow. Wow. Wow. Can't wait until you get a chance to scan some more--especially the Yellow Sub. one.

I must ask: Do you use a charting program or trace on graph paper?

So totally awesome! I've been thinking about cross stitching for so long now and this inspires me to get off my butt and actually do it. The Beatles are so great!
