Anyone have any good recipes that only require a microwave? I live in a dorm so cooking isn't exactly an option and I'm sick to death of dining hall food. Thanks Smiley

Really?? A baked potato??

I can make rice in the microwave and I was going to try spaghetti but I never got around to it. And now I'm moving out so it doesn't matter anymore. But I'd like to know more about this baked potato thing... Seriously I need step by step instructions otherwise I'll ruin it. I'm one of those people who fails at boiling water.

you take a potato and polke holes in it with a fork all over and then stick it in the the microwave for roughly 8 mins and then check to see if the skin on the potato looks wrinkled if so it means the potato is soft and done!  add veggies and serve...

I don't cook... And my mom doesn't really either for that matter. I can make mac n cheese and ramen -- stereotypical college foods. yuck.
