This is my law student tree, the first time I ever settled for a fake tree.  Turns out, I like it.  Easy and still quite pretty.  It was one of my black friday purchases.  It makes exam time a little less horrendous.

This is my first Christmas on my own, so I went with 2 small trees that are just my taste. One is a pink tree decorated in only silver and a couple little birds. The other is an antique aluminum tree decorated in pink, green and blue!

Gosh, everyone's trees are so great!  You even brought me out of lurkdom to post...

My living room is black, white, silver, and red, so I decided to match the tree to the room.

sorry its such a junky pic my camera broke and am expecting a new one for christmas Smiley this is from my phone
so this is my tree its plastic and i have no theme. i grew up with just a mish mash of fun ornaments so im continuing it along with a ton of colored lights.

here is ours! with blue, green, pink and purple ornaments, a couple hippo ornaments, some glass ball ornaments filled with lucky stars and paper beads and a lucky heart garland, oh and the ornament my grandma got for my husband and i's first married christmas last year, its a 6 ft prelit tree with 2 strands of colored lights, im expecting a box from my mom in the mail next week with my misfit train with the square wheels ornament Smiley

oh and under the tree is our 7 month old baby kitty lol

My tree doesn't have a theme or a color palette or anything fancy like that. It doesn't have designer ornaments or any level of planned order. What it DOES feature is hundreds of ornaments that I love and cherish. Ornaments that my mom had on her tree when I was a kid and ornaments my grandmother had on her tree when my mom was a kid. (I have some ornaments over 60 years old!) It's overstuffed with ornaments, lights and memories.

And this year for the first time, we also have a Walt Disney World Monorail around it as well which is perfect for us being such big Disney geeks.

It makes me smile every year to see my ornaments and to watch the glow of the tree and the warm memories of holiday seasons past.
