These are my first finished pair of socks. I love them. I wish I could wear them everyday.

The pattern is Lace Diamonds from the Vogue Ultimate sock book. The yarn is Ty Dy socks by Knit One Crochet Too. It took about 2/3rds of the ball of yarn.

Don't you wish you could knit as fast as they do in cartoons?

I love the laceyness and color you chose!

Those look pretty amazing!  Smiley

I am looking to do a personal swap with (or will outright pay for) a knitter who could make an adult sized knitted t-rex sweater for Christmas. If anyone is interested, please let me know.

These are suuuuuuuuuuper pretty! Looks like they took a long time! I'd feel bad wearing something that pretty because I'd never never never want a hole in it!

They actually only took about 2 weeks of knitting, including restarting once and having to rip back and reknit a couple of times. They were on size 2 needles so it coulda been worse. I substituted a shortrow heel and toe instead of the one in the pattern.
