I love the angel.  I'm working on a semi quilt, crochet blanket-coverlet of angels and unicorns (daughter of a friends idea)  the angel one hit me and inspired me right away.  thanks.  good job!!!

ps: I got frustrated too when I didn't get any replies.  but just sometimes, isn't the joy of creating outweigh what anyone might think of your work?  Hold on to that, and everything you make will be special.

I like them all, but I have to say, the very last one is my absolute favorite by far.  I love to color simple pictures with mountains and the sun and stuff and then imagine myself living right in the middle of it, and your bag totally fits me!

I want to make a quilt to hang on my wall with that scene on one side and the night scene on the other so I can change it out whenever I feel like it.  There's a painting of Tinkerbell on my bedroom wall that our landlord doesn't want painted over.  It's adorable, but my husband isn't so fond of it (lol, it's not very manly, I have to admit) so I have this ugly blanket hung up right now.  I can't wait to use your bag for inspiration and start designing!

Am taking a crafting/posting hiatus and formally withdrawing from all the CAL's I was in.  Need time to recharge and rewire.  But, I am still lurking and loving you guys like crazy, keep posting the amazing projects!!!  You all rock!

I spend loads of time choosing fabrics for projects, too, so I'm not surprised that you "agonize" over the decisions for these bags.  You are very talented at choosing fabrics and at designing and sewing.

Wow!!! I can not thank you all enough for your kind words. I am so happy to have inspired blankets and totes and whatever else. I spent the entire day today with my machine in pieces trying to figure out what is wrong with it. I was practically in tears. I took a break tonight, and came here and read all this, and I feel much better... Thank you! Smiley -Casey

Now off to shop for a new machine... Smiley

I'd be thrilled with all of them.  Don't let it go to your husband's head, but the kite design sticks out to me, too.  I really love the combination of fabrics in that one; the way the sky is put together is just gorgeous.  Be proud of your work, and enjoy your new machine!
