I moved down to Florida from Virginia earlier this year...and now I'm moving back to VA!  Since Virginia has winter, I made a new fleece hat and scarf to keep me toasty through the colder months.

I used the awesome pattern from http://clearkid.deviantart.com/art/Fleece-Hat-Tutorial-68772035 with minor modifications (cat ears, upward folded band).

.gnooooooooool si tacgnoL

The pattern for the tacgnoL scarf was drafted by me.  I guess the next thing to do is to make Longcat  Grin

P.S: Do any of you clever Craftsters have a pattern for an ear-flap hat that you wouldn't mind sharing?  I'd love to make one to wear this winter!

I love the scarf, I've wanted to make a longcat scarf for a while, but I haven't gotten around to buying the fleece, yet. Haha.
Would you mind sharing your pattern?

Thank you!  I just seems natural to have a Longcat scarf, doesn't it?  He really lends himself to...scarf-ness.

I'll try to post a downloadable version of the pattern by tomorrow evening (it's on manila cardstock right now  Roll Eyes )

That is sooo cute! I love it. I want to make one now. That cat head looks like it could be a little pouch/pocket/mini-purse type thing. I should get some faux fur and make a set for my daughter. (She loves soft furry things) maybe add some paw mittens. I think the hat is my favorite. You did a great job. Thanks for sharing.

Your scarf is really cute.
