I found some yarn that I THINK it super fun to work with, but it's also very inexpensive. Plus I doubt it is sold anywhere other than here... ah the joys of having a Kiwi for a partner... (jk) I was actually considering sending it as an "extra" inside the MYB! Balls of yarn inside of magical balls of yarn? I think so...yes!
You love having a kiwi for a swap partner. Should send you a possom lol  Cheesy wonder what customs would say  Tongue

Im hoping to be done in time. Had a mental block last night that typically came free when I was at work no where near my craft stash  Angry but thats ok, Ive got the weekend coming up and sleep is overated  Cheesy

We have possums here! At my boyfriends folks house one was getting into the cat food! Smiley I'm also hoping to be done in time, I was just working on something to stuff in your ball (ha ha) almost done...but my fingers are tired now. I sent out for two other swaps today and talked to the man about the post office about shipping to you. You are going to be expensive Smiley

Had a bit of a crafting blitz the other day and got a few things done.  Probably won't send until last minute though, as want to make sure everything is OK.  Yarn purchased.

I'm debating on buying one more thing from Etsy for my partner, but I don't know if it will come in time, as the seller is in Colorado and I'm in Ohio :\

Looking for extra sock yarn! PM me if you have any you'd like to get rid of! Willing to swap for it!

Did you guys know we've already had someone that's received? The pattern didn't make it into the package and is still in route, but the bulk of the package is there. I mention this just to get you all more interested in Bookmarking the gallery for when pictures start going up.

As far as my crafting goes, I realized this weekend that I selected and bought the yarn for a project that doesn't have a pattern.. doh. So instead of finding a different project that uses the same yarn, I'm going to go buy more yarn and take a swing at making a pattern for it. I've already done that once with this swap, but I'm afraid this one's going to make me late to ship Sad That doesn't make me a bad organizer, does it?

Just your average knitting whore.

Yikes!  I have the yarn and pattern plus some goodies, but I'm behind on my crafting.  I'm hoping to send on Monday or Tuesday, though (fingers crossed)

Looking for a vintage magazine (1974 - 1978) that has a fabric nativity set w/ people and animals. An example: http://www.craftster.org/pictures/showphoto.php?photo=440861&ppuser=143144.

I thougt I'd be out in the last minute (as always) but I didn't get to work this week so I've been crafting instead. Unless I get a ton of work next week I might even send early. Yesterday I assembled a little something that's not quite crafted but at least a bit artistic for the center of the ball and I picked through my box of fun stuff to find small things to include in the ball. So far so good, but I need to finish at least one more crafted item, and perhaps craft some more. It's good that I had a lot of ideas because a good few did not work at all :/

I picked up the yarn today  Cheesy just need to work on finishing the hand made stuff. Going to see my sister in Paparoa Womens on Saturday so there goes a massive amount of crafting (and sleep  Roll Eyes ) time. Its all good though. Might take it with me  Cheesy

glitter it, no seriously, just add glue and glitter, no one will notice
