I love the details, all so pretty. I wish I could wear stuff like this on a daily basis. Especially the blue velvet..I have such a love in my heart for royal blue velvets.

You may be able to get a ruffler foot for your machine...the one I have is a Singer from the 60's (I think, thank you, Grandma) and it has a ruffler foot option (which looks like a medieval torture device)...so I'm thinking you will probably be able to find one. Mine is adjustable for different types and spacing of ruffles...they've probably only gotten better.
