I put together the following two pieces for a photoshoot and I really love how they came out.

Please note: the skull used for these pieces is a resin replica of a raccoon skull obtained at The Evolution Store (http://theevolutionstore.com/) I highly recommend you check them out (in person, preferably as their website prices seem to be... far higher)

Hairpiece... as modeled by my sister
Materials: Raccoon skull, chain, porcupine needles, feathers, and hairclip

Materials: chains, jawbones, and my p-p-power drill (ok, not technically a material, but seriously, power drills are fun!)

Anyhow, I'm digging them. Let me know what you think! I'm thinking about making more in this vein.

i like them.
i have a real skull of one of my dead guinea pigs (i didn't dig it out) and i wanted to use it for a necklace but i felt this would be too... too... you know. and i already used it differently Smiley
