Ok, I have a confession to make. I was a bad girl. After weeks of agony, I finally broke down and opened one of superhooker's packages. But c'mon, can you really blame me? When I have this in my living room?

Yes, those are all from superhooker. And yes, the stocking is under the tree too because it is soooooo big and soooooo heavy that my poor stocking holders can't support it.  Shocked  So after much debating, I allowed myself to open just one package...and found these...

They are so freaking comfortable!!!!

They are knit all the way through, including on the inside.

Thank you SO MUCH superhooker!! We just got 2 ft. of snow here in VA (only the 2nd time in my life I've seen more then a few inches) and the shoes are keeping my feet nice and toasty. And don't worry- I am going to be a good girl and wait until Christmas to open everything else. Now I'm even more excited to open the rest of my gifts!  Grin Grin Grin

Oh perfect gift to open early!  They do look so comfy, and cute to boot!  Grin

Is everyone all set for Christmas?  I'm nearly done making my gifts and will only be buying for a few, so I am pretty proud of all that I'm accomplished and seeing my list get so close to all crossed off is really gratifying.  Anyway, I have to go finish a pair of pedi-socks so they can be given to a friend at work tomorrow (cuz I am on vacation after that, woo hoo!)

Nice looking slippers.  They look totally comfy, and if you've got all that snow, it's good that you opened early.

I love the cherry earring and the slippers, too! I don't think I'd have been able to stare at all those packages without peeking for this long.

I've spent the weekend helping my boyfriend make presents for his fam. He has cut out and sewn a pair of mittens, a pair of slippers, an apron, a pair of potholder/trivets, and right now he is sewing a knitting needle roll for his mom! All I've done is provide guidance (and I sewed the soles onto the slippers)
