One of the most prevalent myths about Walt Disney is that he was Cryogenically frozen after death in the hope that one day technology would advance enough to
bring him back to life. For my Halloween costume, I chose to create Walt in his cryogenic fridge.
Tragically this picture was taken before the addition of the moustache. I started the costume on Halloween, and finished it at 9:00 that night. I'm wearing it on Monday to school, calendar be demned.

Cool idea, and it looks great!  What did you use to make it?

What do you mean, it's a myth that he's cryogenically frozen! He IS! lol, very original idea. The mouse ears are priceless. I like the detailing with the vintage-looking font on the "freezer". It looks really authentic.  Tongue

as a disney (specifically Walt in general) loving girl, i hate this (he is buried, it is sad, smoking kills no matter how brilliant you are)

but as a craftster and admirer of creativity, its definitely unique and attractive

he technically has a gravestone, but was cremated on Dec 17 1966....i remembered seeing a pic of the gravestone, and just assumed he was buried...i love google, and i love that his marker is in Forest Lawn Glendale cos my poppi was buried in a Forest Lawn cemetery, i just dont know which one (i havent ever visited his grave as i dont believe in it)
