Oh wow! I've made hammocks for my ferrets but never thought that our cats would enjoy them. Good luck on finding all the babies homes. A stray had kittens in our basement over the summer and it took me so long to find homes for all of them.

Cutest thing ever. I have two adopted kitties, they're my babies. I also have two ferrets for whom I have to constantly make new hammocks cause they go through them so fast. The last ones I made out of old blue jeans and they're holding up quite well.

you could attach your hammocks to a frame simular to this one and attach them to window sills that was what I was going to do with one I will some day make my kitty

ha, Fern doesn't look too pleased that you're taking pictures of her kittens! But they do look incredibly comfy in those hammocks. Really cute idea, I bet my dog would love that...it's a shame he's around 80 pounds. Oh well, doesn't stop him sitting in my lap!

ZOMG you're in Meadow lake?!?!?!!!!!!! a craftster in my area?!?!!!?Huh  ZOMG....  Shocked Shocked

Anyway, those cat hamocks are awesome.  My babies need one or 2.  We saved our Yuki from the battleford shelter and Sugar from a farm though, and if I had the (in)sanity for more then 2 cats I'd so adopt one of those babes.. sooo cute!!!

Awesome idea! I've made them for ferrets & rats, but never thought of it for cats! Now I just need to think of a way to hang them in my room. Maybe my cats will use hammocks instead of getting my bed all furry.  Roll Eyes

Sweet! Another north-central Sask craftster! (I'm from near spiritwood  Grin)

Love the kitty hammocks, may need to consider making something like that for my two boys, would love to see some pics if you figure out a way to hang this in your house sans cage!
