These are wonderful! So bright and cheery.

I'm curious though, how did you actually coat them in resin?

Gah! These are so beautiful. They give me the warm, fuzzy feeling I got as a kid from watching Totoro. I want to give someone a hug just from seeing these!

Hey Smiley I used some foamcore to support the backs of the canvas so that it wouldn't bow under the weight of the resin. This worked, but I think I will use wood canvas in the future to avoid the problem altogether. I just poured on the resin and used a wide paint brush to coat the surface and sides of the canvas. Then i tried to be patient and not poke at them for a couple of days Smiley

WOW, these are fantastic. The heavy resin is a perfect touch. I'm inspired to try this style for myself. Babies get all the good stuff  Undecided

Those are really well done. I think they look great in the nursery.

Stop being so damned positive. Staring at the sun only blinds some one. By only looking at the positive, you miss an entire beautiful world of shadows and colors. Don't be overly negative, be realistic. The world is so much more complex and beautiful that way.
