soda bottles def seem like a prime choice. You could also look into those really big tubs of oatmeal. You would still have to make the top but those would be a good size and sturdy.

Just make sure to cover the base of the soda bottles if you go with them. Cut plastic is pretty sharp.

Soda bottles (bottoms and tops trimmed off), 1 bra you are gonna wreck, white felt, a biggggg sharpie (to draw the black parts) or black felt if you want to cut out and glue them.

Find a big bra that will get close to the size of the soda bottles. First cut the bottles at an angle that will suite sitting correctly on your body. Carefully melt very little holes around the edge of bottom of the bottle you will later sew through. You can do this with a big needle at the stove. If you try to punch holes through the bottle it just cracks. You are gonna use the holes to stitch the covered bottles to the bra.

Cover the bottles in the felt with hot glue making sure to wrap around the bottom edge so you aren't getting rubbed raw... be careful not to cover the holes you melted with clue (fabric is okay). You can use a little extra felt to get pointier tips that aren't too heavy. Then hand sew the bottles to the bra. Decorate to match the marking...

And you are done!

You could make felt pasties to glue on the end of the bottles.
