Great cards!

And I have several to post, as I received one yesterday and three today!

First is calluna's "Hot, Sexy Beast" (on my "creatures of myth and fantasy" theme):

It's really trippy!  Sadly, some of the silver microbeads came off in transit, so the beast has a bit less bling on his card.  Still, there's a lot of great texture and color to appreciate.  Thanks, calluna -- he's...well, not sure I'd say "sexy," exactly...but he's awesome!

Today, I received "Koo Koo the Bird Girl" (on my "sideshow attractions" theme) from bunnyface:

Those are real feathery bits, so the picture can't really do it justice.  It's a fabulous card with a lot of dimension.  And bunnyface even sent a little informational blurb about this performer.  Thanks, bunnyface -- I love it!

Next is the "books/reading" card, titled "Once upon a time...," by attackofthequacks:

Those things that look like stitches around the picture of the child are, in fact, actual stitches.  Neat, huh?  I really like the simplicity and whimsy of this card.  She also sent a lovely greeting card, which looks handmade:

Thanks for both, attackofthequacks!

And lastly, there's ursulaandolive's "steampunk" card, "Time Gone Mad":

You can see the "time" part in that picture, but you actually have to open up the timepiece to see why (or how?) it's "gone mad":

Splendiferous, no?  Thanks, ursulaandolive -- it's marvelous!

Ooo, that steampunk card is fabulous! Along with all the others; that's quite a haul for one day!
My poor dragon thinks he's sexy with his sunglasses and giant mustache, so I just let him go on thinking that.  Cheesy

I received my Joker ATC from ficklepegasus! I love it!

I think stationary and gift wrap are a luxury so I really appreciate when I receive a package with such lovelies. I'm going to have to put that joker artwork on something. *love*

And because the imperfect scan of the card will not do here's a better image. It's so great. Thank you!!

I also received two ATCs from alwaysinmyroom. Pics coming soon.

Good grief!  I don't check in for one evening and there's three new pages of ATCs!  Gorgeous work -- calluna, I'm really digging those fibery cards!

So much good stuff -- the steampunk card is amazing!  And I love the joker!

Thank you all for your kind words on my Steampunk card.  I can't believe how quickly that one got there - sometimes I think the post office has a "time gone mad" box - because some mail gets there so fast and some seems to take FOREVER!

Love the Joker card as well.  Not quite as scary as the heath ledger version but still looking very sinister. Smiley

oooh--now the gallery is rockin'!

calluna--you have a wonderful sense of color combos and interesting textures--I love the sexy beast!

I am now going to have to look up the koo koo bird girl act--it kinda creeps me out in a good way... Grin

love the stitching on the once upon a time--I need to try that technique!!

Love the steampunk watch!  Loving the aspect of a surprise on an ATC!

Yeah--I like the Joker better than scarey Heath Ledger...what a bonus to get another one on the envelope for later use!!

Great inspiration...more more more!

I also want to apologize for not putting the name of my piece on the back of the ATC--I did not know this was one of the rules...sorry--I know now!  Embarrassed

I love all the new cards!  (The fabric sea-themed ones are especially pretty)

raeraethejetplane-  I'd so happy you liked him.  After I sent him I panicked and thought he was too plain.  Grin
