I wasn't so sure about the tweed at first, but when it's finished, it looks great! Good luck with Pink Olive, I love the logo.

I thought I would share my first Jordy bag with everyone!  Sorry the picture is kind of crappy.  I made it for a six year old for her birthday.  The balloon has stuffing in it so it puffs out!

Your appliques look great! Mine always come out all wonky. I love the idea of making it 3 dimensional like that--I'm gonna have to try that one of these days. Awesome work!

aww it's so cute. i think the birthday girl will love it! i too like the e-d effect...leads to so many ideas.

i really like the crazy quilt one. great way to use up smaller scraps. that or any other quilting pattern would make a good bag for a quilter's supplies.

heatherica - I love this little bag. It is perfect for a little girl. I have a book out from the library on making 3D appliques. Gotta try a few. Your balloon is cute!

AWESOME TUTORIAL!!! i found this website a LONG time ago... and finally decided to make something from it. The bag is brown cord, and the interrior is pink, orange lime green and yellow strips. It looks awesome!!! It's got a little flappy too  Grin I stated it last night and was up till 3 am working on it!!! THANKS MUCH!!!

Eee! I love that balloon and cloud bag. Maybe it was made for a six year old, but I would totally use that.  Cheesy

Thanks everyone!!  lol, I would totally carry it too!  I didn't want to give it up once it was finished!  I hope she enjoys it!  She seemed more interested in the lipgloss and mini lotion I put in it, lol!
