I just finished making Bo the Snowman based on the pattern from roxycraft. I enjoyed making him even though he turned out big due to the thread that I used. He turned out pretty well imo and he will be gracing my mantel this holiday season.

Comparatively speaking, how does the Bo pattern compare to other amigurumi patterns? I'm not talking about the super difficult ones. I'm still thinking about making my son an ami alien for a Christmas present.

I think if you can make Bo you can make any pattern out there.  I firmly believe that any pattern can be done as long as you take your time, take a few deep breaths and go for it.  Just keep your stitches tight so you can't see any stuffing and you will be good to go Cheesy

my advice? listen to Deb, she knows her stuff
i don't personally know that pattern but i found that once i'd successfully made one item from a pattern i could use any pattern
in some cases with a bit of help from Craftsters, a few deep breaths and about a gallon of tea
but it all turns out well in the end
