Hi, this is my first entry in a Craftster challenge and I decided to make a fun briefcase style bag.  When I went to the dollar store I wasn’t sure what I was going to make so I bought way too much (like I always do in a dollar store) and then went home and figured out what I wanted to make.
The dollar store items I used for my bag are…
3 rubbery place mats
1 lamb fleece baby blanket
2 dog collars (sz large)
1 dog collar (sz small)
1 Make Your Own Belt kit
1 Tidy totes Mesh bag (something my partner had bought on the same trip)
Crafts square travel sewing kit
My brief case has 2 compartments for folders or magazines and one small compartment for pens and pencils.

It turned out great!  I would had never thought to use dog collars to make the straps - it is genius!

You got my vote!  Good luck.  If I could have voted for two I would have voted for the spoon doll also.  Shocked

I want one and if my dollar store ever gets rainbow striped collars, I'm gonna buy them out and make these for all my friends.

Thanks for sharing.
