Checking in! I've finished the stocking and one small stuffer and have started or at least planned out the rest of the crafted items. I've had a really busy week, I had a party on Saturday and I promised to help a friend plan a party for her sister this coming Saturday, but after that things should be back to normal, I hope! It feels like forever between my craftster visits, because every time I come here there's, like, 3 new pages of replies... but I guess that's just the nature of this thread. Cheesy

I think I'm actually going to pull an all-nighter because I started making lamb stock at 9pm, and I'm too paranoid to sleep with the stove going. Yeah, didn't think that one through too well Tongue But at least that'll mean more crafting time!

That is funny. I do that all the time but the worst thing is when someone you know takes off with it and you have to make another. I have been after my husband to stay away from something I made Sezouli.
Don't worry sezouli I wont let him take it LOL
Oh no!!  Guard it for me please~!!  lol

I was able to redo the half of the stocking that ruined with the iron.  I had to do a bit of tweeking to make everything fit but at least I didn't have to start all over.  I finished it tonight and it is adorable.  My daughter is going to want it when she comes home.  But I made us some pretty crazy patch stocking last year so we don't get new ones this year.  Except I get a new one from this swap yay.

I was at JoAnns & OMG there is nothing that suits me-2 hours & walked out empty handed

I don't think I've ever walked out of a fabric store empty handed.  Shocked
It ok they are having their HUGE yearly sale starting the 18th, I'm sure I'll more than make up for it LOL

Finished the stocking today and one small, have ideas for the purchased things, and I know what I am going to make for the crafted things..just ran out of time, but i hope to be done by the weekend!

I love personal swaps,  I print a lot of random fabric, usually with no purpose in mind.  let me know if you want any of it.

Well, I have a problem.  I already have a few things made and none of them will fit in the stocking.

I guess I need to either make a bigger stocking, or think smaller items.
