so my birthday isn't until february, but since it's my 21st i was it to be awesome (and i need that much time to convince my roommates this is a fabulous idea)!  I go to school in Chicago but I'm from Texas so I've decided it would be great to bring a little of home up north with me.  We're all going to dress up and I've got food, music, and decorations down.  But I don't know what we're actually going to DO (other than eat bbq and drink beer.)  I'm not chill enough to just have everyone over and then see what happens and I really don't like drinking games.  So...  What are some activities that aren't going to make me feel like a 10 year old but aren't typical 21st bday activities?  And what are some sugestions to make everyone dress up?  I'm planning on buying a bunch of bandannas to pass out, but that's it..

it would be fun to have some little six shooters and 'Texas ranger' badges from the dollar store. An alternative 'pin the tail on the donkey would be fun, like pin the coyboy hat on walker Texas ranger or something like that. maybe some kind of Texas bingo or if you can rent a karaoke machine do classic country. That's all I can think of right now. Hope you have fun!

Love; it will not betray you, dismay, or enslave you. It will set you free, to be more like the man you were made to be. There is a design, an alignment, a cry of my heart to see the beauty of love as it was made to be.

Im also from Texas *WOO!!! I think since you all are going to dress up you should take old- timey pictures for wanted posters... and since you are turning 21 and its Western- themed... you could play card games like poker ... that would be fun just on its own and could last for several hours. Ive never been to Chicago but Im sure they are not used to seeing a bunch of Cowboys/girls walking the streets so I bet it would be fun to just go to random places - like Wal-Mart just to see what kind of looks you get. But if you arent into being lame with your friends, that might not fly. Good luck! Im not a fan of smoking, but you could get some cigars for props in the pictures of you all dressed up and playing card games.
