I finally finished my skirt! It's not perfect, but I really like it. First up, general picture of skirt and petticoat:


A detail shot of the fabric in the blue skirt, and the buttons. The top button is actually a large white one with a smaller metallic button inside. I wanted an old brooch or something, but got tired of not finding any in the local seond hand shops:


the petticoat/underskirt, in all it's unironed glory:


Detail shot of the white on white stitching on the waistband of the underskirt (sorry if it's hard to see):
