I made this first lot of three lavender sprigs a while ago. The stems are twisted and gross, but I like the colors. I think the blossoms are too spaced out... but in the next spring I finished more recently, my bf thinks the blossoms are too clustered. I also think I shouldn't have the green under the purple... The leaves on the first lot are for vase display, or hanging up like dried lavender, but the more recent one I have leaved to go in a potted arrangement of many more sprigs, I plan to maybe put more leaves on the bottom and the unleaved end of the stem will be pushed into whatever I use to pot it. What do you guys think?

I made a fern in lime green for my mother a while ago following Nathanson's pattern exactly. She's ordered another one now, so I've set to work and have made two fronds so far with a higher bead count and more repetitions in a darker green.

I'm addicted to DDR. I need a 12-step program.

Amazing work! And I really, really love the colors of the flowers - any chance you could get a closeup of just that part?

But we have flamethrowers. And what this indicates to me, it means that at some point, some person said to himself, "Gee, I sure would like to set those people on fire over there. But I'm way too far away to get the job done. If only I had something that would throw flame on them."

Sorry I took so long to respond!

If you mean the first lot, I can't get a close-up because I gave them away and that grainy phone pic is all I have of them... I can put up a photo of the beads I used for them though:

If you mean the last one, here:
