I have both the "I taught myself crochet" book and the "I taugh myself to knit" book!!

Those books are great!!  I always keep them handy to refer to, because I always forget how to increase and decrease, and exactly how to do the different crochet stitches!  The pictures are great!! Wink

Thanks! The Pinkalicious fabric is from a bandanna I bought a bunch of at Target a long while back. Always knew it would come in handy someday.

The make up removers are a super-easy way quick way to use up all the little left-overs of cotton yarn. They're just 2 rounds of double crochet.

I also have the learn to crochet and knit books. It really helped me when I wanted to reteach myself crochet a few years back, though i still haven't learned how to knit. I think craftybeachgirl made out though. This is a newer version with new patterns in it.

I really think think I could have crafted way more for this.  I think it helps when you get a partner with the same kind of design aesthetic as you. Plus she has an awesome WIST.

He asked, and I said yes.
I'm looking for Home Interiors resin butterflies, and License plates from other states. PM me for swap info. I love to swap.

Frogmamma- It was such a great idea to crochet the makeup removers!!! My friend crocheted (okay... how do you use a past tense of crochet?!LOL! I think it's right but it doesn't look right "crocheted" okay.. anyways) a wash cloth for me last Christmas and I LOVE it.  At first I was like.. this is so cute I can't USE it!! But then I finally broke down, used the wash cloth, and now I love it and it is still cute!! Smiley
