Not sure if you know anyone who bellydances, but.......

tribal fusion bellydancers would love this.  They would look fab layered over melodia pants and would allow you to put money and keys inside your costume without having to keep track of a purse, which is essential when you are performing somewhere like a festival.  If you're looking to sell these to a particular market, that is a group of ladies to try.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tribal_Fusion_(dance_form)

This could be excellent out at a Ren Faire!

I swap, so in crafting terms I guess that means I put out... You?

That is so whimsically breathtaking. I love that you added pockets in a very unconventional way.

This is awesome for so many reasons. I love that You used felt, and such a great color combo I might add. The organic feel to the edges totally rocks...The twistyness of it...This would have helped when I was working in the salon. I couldn't wear those aprons. No not even a cute one.

Lets all go to Jack Taylor's to celebrate!

Thank you all so much for being so nice!!!
I finished an other one last friday. I just have to take pictures and post it!

Where do you work that you get to dress like that?  I'm super jealous.

I work with children age 4 to 12. We have after school day care over here in the Netherlands. I don't know if there is an english word for it. (please tell me if there is) I drag keys and the phone with me all day long.

Not sure if you know anyone who bellydances, but.......

I don't know anyone who does that. In fact I didn't ever heard of tribal fusion. But it sounds pretty cool. It would be awesome to make them for a group of dancers. No I only have to find them wanting this.

I am soooo in love with this! its amazing! I have never seen anything like it and I love the idea of having something with pockets for when you wear skirts. Im kinda a skirt freak and prefer to wear them over pants anyday.  Grin

I know, me too. But it looks kinda odd pulling your skirt up in public to find your keys! Not to speak about the strange looking bump under your skirt.  Tongue
