This is a cake I made for my niece, Mercy. I made 2 sheetcakes and iced them together then cut off the corners and added them to the side of the cake to make the "cheeks". Then I iced him purple and iced in the teeth and eyes. Then I piped what seemed like a million stars all over his face. This is the first time I used this technique. So it wasn't as clean as I've seen done before. I then piped on his face in black and for the eyelids I piped a little more purple and smoothed it out with a toothpick.
