Oooh, I love it. My inlaws are Irish and I think it would work great in a Celtic-themed project too since lots of Celtic motifs have the interlocking look. I'm impressed and excited about the pattern.

Thanks! And, I agree- it would work in a Celtic-themed project. I'd always associated the triskele with Celtic stuff until I read about the Sicilian flag. I enjoyed the process of coming up with the pattern so much that I might try to come up with another one. I have an idea, but I'm not sure if I can pull it off...

I love it!  I want to try this as well.  Yet another thing to distract me from my long list of half finished projects that never seem to get completed.  I will make sure to post a picture once I make one!

 i would love to try and make a few maybe even try and make a bed out of them but working on afew things i'll bookmark this and write it in my note book (so if power goes out or a trip or what one  i have a back up if i can't get to a computer
